VTT (VERITAS THE TEAM ) is committed to protect the privacy of all its customers. VTT hereby assures and promises its customers that:
It shall safeguard, in accordance with strict standards of security and confidentiality, any and all information that is provided to VTT by its customers.
It shall limit the collection and use of customer's information to the minimum that would be required in order to deliver effective and quality services to its customers and deliver a truly personaliSed service experience.

3. VTT shall permit only authorised team members who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to customer's information, on a need to know basis.
4. VTT will permit only authorised Service Providers and other external organisations like courier companies, who provide support services to have access to customer's information, on a need to know basis.
5. Employees, Services Providers, and/or other external organisations, who violate our confidentiality requirements, will be dealt with in accordance with the contracts governing their respective relationships with VTT.
6. When you register with our service or order a service from VTT, you have the option of receiving e-mails regarding updates about special offers and new services including any significant upgrades to VTT or its associated services.
7. VTT is also bound to cooperate fully should a situation arise where it is required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. VTT may also share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research and advertising purposes.

Refund Policy

1. (VTT) is a service from Veritas Immigration and Education Pvt. Ltd herein, referred to as VTT.
2. Merely providing information,list of documents or general queries also chargeable , non-refundable and only deductible from further once assignment is approved.
3. Any refund on services you order through VTT will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some services may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy:

Payments for any orders that you may place with us once assignment,liaison,cosulting work approved will remain under hold till such time that our Customer Service reviews the order and finds it serviceable. All payments will be processed only after customer service accepts your order accept intial service charges taken at first time via ASK icon.
5. Until then you can request a change in your order details if any. If on review by customer service, your order is found unserviceable, you will have the option to amend the order or get a full refund.
6. If you have second thoughts and decide to opt out of an order after placing it, you are free to request for a cancellation. If the request for cancellation comes in before customer service reviews the order and accepts it, then you will get a full refund. No questions will be asked.
7. Normal time for review and acceptance is within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of placing the order. When customer service accepts your order after review, it becomes a confirmed order. Confirmed orders can be cancelled on request from Client or due to other reasons.

10. If an order comes up for cancellation on request from client, VTT will deduct 25% of the order value as cancellation fee and the balance shall be refunded. If any extra quote amount is paid by client, then it will be refunded after deduction of costs already incurred in executing the task.
11. If an order could not be completed by customer service for reasons other than customer request for cancellation, then refund will be given after deduction of 25% of the order value plus costs already incurred in executing the task. Reasons contributing to such a situation could include insufficient or delayed documentation / information from customer, errors/ mistakes not pertaining to VTT's scope of work, inability of customer to follow procedures or requirements or due to any other reasons beyond the control of VTT.
12. In an order could not be completed by customer service for reasons attributed to VTT's performance on the task requirement, then a full refund will be given.
13. VTT acts as a facilitator in AHMEDABAD on behalf of the customer. VTT cannot be held responsible for bureaucratic delays when dealing with government bodies / academic institutions / external agencies.
14. All tasks are done an on best effort basis only. The decision of the company will be final and binding on this matter.
15. Any additional costs already incurred in executing your task shall also be deducted wherever applicable. Once an order is completed, no refunds can be made.
16. Time to refund to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 7 working days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable).
